What the Heck does (binkies) Mean?
AS in = Nibbles usually runs around and binkies in the morning , or Yes! They race about doing binkies and standing up against the wire.

The term \'binky\', refers to when a rabbit jumps into the air and twists its head and body in opposite directions before falling back to the ground. This can be done while standing in one place, or while running, which is really weird looking, and is sometimes called the \"happy bunny dance.\" A rabbit can even turn 180 degrees in midair. A rabbit doing binkies is a happy rabbit.

That sounds neat,can\'t wait to see it happen with my own bunnies. 4hmomof4 It is pretty neat to know what your Bunnie\'s are doing has a name,even if it is a pretty funny name I guess it fits them.

That\'s so funny, I never thought about the pacifier thing. Most of my female family members called them \"binkies\" also. ROFL hahaha! When my kids get too hyper I sometimes say their spazzing out.

Binkies are a bunny\'s \"happy dance\". I laugh so much when my little Pips does it and it seems to encourage her to do more. It\'s like we feed of each others\' happiness.

This \"binky\" type dance, hop, jump, flit, is by far the best thing about having Petey. We laugh so hard when he does this, and yes, I also think that it encourages him to do it more.
What\'s even funnier is that he is verrrrrry noisy when he does this. I can be in another room and hear thump, clud, bang and when I peek in, Petey will be flitting around jumping straight in the air and sometimes he gets going so crazy he bumps into stuff! I hope he doesn\'t outgrow this because it is very sweet! |
