Suggest books.
Me again. Im so super new to this, and I care for Maxis, so I want to take the best care I can for him, but knowing nothing about rabbits, doesnt help. Can you suggest anybooks that are good for beginers, for indoor rabbits. Any specific author or anything. Please I really want to care for Maxis in the best possible way.

RE: Suggest books.
There are lots of great books out there. One in particular that I recommend for newbies is: Your Rabbit by Nancy Searle. Though this book is geared for kids, I personally think that adults new to rabbit raising can get a tremendous lot from reading it. A WONDERFUL resource. You can get this book at Amazon.com. There are lots of other good books out there as well, but for the beginner with a focus on a pet bunny, I think it is hard to beat.

RE: Suggest books.
I suggest two, Rabbits or Dwarf Rabbits by Monika Wegler and Bucky Bunny\'s Guide to pet rabbit care (CD for more info e-mail me ranger18@capital.net) Everything else has problems here and there. Any \"house\" rabbit books I\'d avoid, I haven\'t liked any of them.

Hop To It is a good book! What bunny do you have? If you have a Lop I highly reccomend Lop rabbits by Sandy Crook! Awesome book with lots of pics.

RE: Suggest books.
I read Rabbits For Dummies. It definetly helps anyone (even non-dummies!) to learn about rabbit care, health, and everything else there is to know. It goes through litter training, vet visits, shows and so much more. Let me know If you end up buying it and tell me what you think! Good Luck!: )
