Does anyone know or know where I can find a list of the most beneficial bacteria for the rabbit gut?

Well...there are literally hundreds of beneficial bacteria found in the hindgut of the rabbit. They are gram negative types. Some of these include: Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron (and many others in the Bacteroides family), Proprionobacteria and Butyrivibrio. Gram negative ovals, fusiform rods, large ciliated protozoa (Isotrichia) and yeasts (Cyniclomyces guttulatus) are also present.
