Well winter looks like it\'s trying to come visit my question is I use a woodburning heater to heat my home which means the temp flucutates a lot what can I put in Blazes cage for him to stay a bit warmer I already cover him and also my birds but his cage is on the floor not in the air like thiers are and they also can snuggle together for warmth if needed Blaze doesnt have a cage mate to snuggle with though so what are my options?
How cold does it get where you live?
As long as they are sheltered from drafts and the elements, rabbits can stand pretty cold temps. That\'s what that fur coat is for.

As of right now we are dropping into the low 40\'s at night days are still warm I live in Tx close to San Antonio wherethe temps do a lot of changing from cold to hot and back quickly my fear is him being in the floor and the cold creeping under his cage even though there is a 4 inch space between his cage and the floor covered by the droppings tray so it looks like a bigger blanket will have to be used to drape his cage so it goes closer to the floor
