That all depends on the doe\'s diet and how many kits the doe is carrying. A Mini Lop kit probably weighs somewhere around 1.5 to 2 oz. at birth.
I wouldn\'t use weight gain as a diagnosis of pregnancy, if that\'s what you are getting at. Weight gain could mean the doe is pregnant, but if you aren\'t limit feeding (which is what I recommend) then weight gain could be from simply over-eating.
