I found a bag of food at Walmart to feed Blaze in addition to his pellets and oats and his formula altho he is wanting less formula now
its from Wild Harvest called super premium rabbit blend it has dehydrated alfalfa meal ground corn whole corn oat groats barly sunflower seed soybran mea;l timothy hay wheat middlings soybean hulls carrot slices green spli peas and lots of other dried veggies he absolutely loves this stuff does this sound like a good thing to feed consistently or in small amounts?
Actually, I\'m not a big fan of those feeds that contain bits of dried \"goodies\" (fruit, veggies, etc.). What happens most often is that the bunny really loves the goodies and scratches out pellets (which contain the balance of vitamins and minerals) looking for the \"treats\".

Blaze will be much better off getting a nice, well-balanced pellet with no added extras.

Don\'t buy anything from grocery stores or chain stores- go to a feed store and get \"real\" rabbit food- they only sell it in 25lb bags and up so store it in a container or freeze part of it
Or, in our case, a 25 lb bag only lasts a month. And now that the babies are eating too - it probably won\'t last that long!
