My rabbit has given four cute babies which are just seven days old. They have fur on them and I feel they can open their eyes too. Since now that I am excited to hold and cuddle them, can I take them away from their mother for sometime. If yes, then for how long.

I have read that kits usually open their eyes later, around twelve days. As cute as they are, I would strongly recommend that you resist handling them until after they are weaned at eight weeks.
