Hi im new here and Ive had a rabbit for about 6 months, I know how to take care of it and all, but I dont understand some things it does. When I stand still my rabbit does figure eights around my legs and when I walk it jumps right in front of me. Is this a form of playing or is it something else? Thanks for any help. I will for sure be back here.
What you are witnessing is a rabbit \"Love Dance\". When the rabbit runs round and round you or another bunny pal, it is an expression of \"love\" so to speak. Sometimes, the rabbit may also be inclined to give \"love nips\", which most do not find very amusing, I\'m afraid. Basically, though, your rabbit thinks you\'re \"special\".

Love nips? So that\'s what you call the holes in my son\'s clothes from his rabbit! Every time he plays with Cloud - he winds up with holes. He now owns a \"rabbit shirt\" to wear when he\'s with Cloud. Cloud will jump in his lap when he\'s reading and pull on his shirt, I imagine for attention.
