Rabbit Web Discussion Board

I live in the countryside in southern Spain where the all year round climate is above freezing. I have a two hundred square mitre enclosed run for my chickens and i would like to know if it would be ok to introduce a few rabbits if i put in a seperate hutch for them to retreat to. I have chickens of all different colours (which i keep only for the eggs and as pets) and i\'d like to get a few rabbits of different colours. Would they get on ok together?

I would suspect your chickens and rabbits would get along fine together. My concern would be the rabbits possibly picking up a bacteria from the chickens (especially if there were contamination of their food).
