San Diego Rabbit Meet & Greet

Lindo Lake (Lakeside, CA)
A group of San Diego ARBA members has organized a Meet & Greet function for the afternoon of February 25, the day before the Del Mar show. The event will take place at Lindo Lake in Lakeside, which is about a 30 minute drive from Del Mar.
This is not only a casual social occasion to get together with fellow breeders in your local rabbit community, but also an excellent opportunity to meet the new National Mini Rex Rabbit Club President Joey Shults (who judges on a national level and will talk about what it takes to put a winning rabbit on the show table), and Larry Uelk (who will share his knowledge of rabbit nutrition’s role in all phases of breeding and showing).
Joey is also available to register your rabbits for $4 each at the event. This will help eliminate the hassle of transporting non-show rabbits to and from the Del Mar show on the 26th.
The event is informal, so you are welcome to visit for as long or as briefly as you’d like. Bring a chair if you wish to stay awhile…light hors d’oeuvres will be provided. So hop your buns over and come join us!
