I am not looking for a probiotic. I am looking for a list of the beneficial bacteria.

Well...there are literally hundreds of beneficial bacteria found in the hindgut of the rabbit. They are gram negative types. Some of these include: Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron (and many others in the Bacteroides family), Proprionobacteria and Butyrivibrio. Gram negative ovals, fusiform rods, large ciliated protozoa (Isotrichia) and yeasts (Cyniclomyces guttulatus) are also present.

Sorry, I don\'t have an exhaustive list.
