In large corporations, it is the leaders in the company that take responcibility for the \"corporate climate.\" If there is a problem within the ranks of the company (examples: gender bias, race discrimination etc.) the CEO can\'t say, \"That\'s just the people on the bottom and that has nothing to do with me.\" The upper management takes responcibility for the problem, and they come up with action plans to re-educate the work force, and change attitudes from within. Not doing so can lead to bigger problems and possible law suits.
How much responcibility does the upper levels of the House Rabbit Society (http://www.rabbit.org) have for the \"climate\" that exist within the ranks of that organization? Does the HRS want to be known as an organization of extremists?
