We have discovered a little bunny that has burrowed under our holly bush, and he/she is the cutest little thing. I put out carrots and greens near its home, and he/she didn\'t touch anything!! What did I do wrong!!!

We are getting ready for some very snowy and cold weather here in Ohio, and I wanted to help her/him out a little. What can I put out there that a wild bunny will eat, or should I just butt out??!! Maybe the little thing has it under control!
My mother had a rabbit live among her daffodils for years. She would occassionally put out carrots. She found the key to get him/her to eat carrots was to not wash them. As for the snow and cold, the rabbit will most likely handle it fine. He/She lives outdoors and is able to adapt.
Good luck!
