i got a call today to foster a bunny that just had babies so i went and got her she is here now. I wanna know what to do and what not to do. can ipeep in on the babies i see blood what should i do?

Sounds like she really JUST had babies. A little blood is not unusual. Normally, there is no problem in checking on and handling kits immediately after the doe kindles, however, this doe was just moved to entirely new surroundings.
I would give 24 hours to let the doe settle down before I started poking around. When you do check on the kits, I would remove the doe. (Do you have someone who can pet her and offer her a slice of apple?) While the doe is out of the cage, check the kits. Remove any bloody or otherwise soiled bedding. Check carefully under the edges of the nest to make sure a deceased kit has not been shoved underneath. (It happens sometimes...) If all is well, make sure the kits are consolidated into one nest and cover them up with the fur the doe pulled. Put the box back and return the doe to the cage.
Good luck.
