As far as I know, prevention is the goal here. If rabbits are housed outside, all openings should be screened to minimize entrance by bot flies and/or mosquitos (to prevent myxomatosis).
The only \"cure\" for warbles is to carefully remove the larvae from beneath the skin and disinfect the wound to prevent infection. It is important not to injure the larva as you remove it as an injury can cause it to release a toxin which can be fatal to rabbits.

Hi there i have lost one off my rabbits because of warbles i took sweep to the vet and tyey gave me a solution to put on my other 2 rabbit,s and its really good im sorry i cant remember the name but you can buy it from any vet.
It worked for me i hope it works for you
