I have a neutered male and an unspayed female. I bought them together at the same age at the same time (was told they were both female). Well they weren\'t both female and one litter of bunnies later, I had to take my male to go get fixed so we didn\'t have the same problem again.

He was gone for a month to get fixed..they could never get him in and the vet was hours away. He is home now 5 days postop and I know they told me not to put him with her for about another month to let his testosterone get out of his system so he wouldn\'t try to mount her....well, I put them together and sure enough they fought in the cage.

I took him out and put him in a seperate cage but the next day let them run around the back yard together. I figured they could see each other but not have to be stuck together all the time..good way to transition him back in. Well, SHE went after him over and over again. My female was chasing him, jumping on him, hair flying everywhere. She was the aggressor.

They were litter mates and never fought before he left. they really enjoyed each other\'s company before....will she ever like him again? can they live together again? I am worried. I hate having to keep each one seperated and basically alone.

Oh, I forgot to add. The baby bunnies are gone now. so my female is alone.
but my rabbits had to be seperated for basically almost 3 months...while she had the babies and while he was gone getting neutered. Now they are both alone and I thought they would be happy to have each other again...but no such luck.
