Yeah so like my 1 1/4-year old female rabbit is having some problems down there.Usally a 3 days after a bath the area between her legs is matted with brown-yellow fur but it gets noticeable after one week. Sometimes there is night-feces matted and god knows what else is deeper down. There is an odor sometimes. It is very troublesome and unsightly. My male rabbit probably doesn\'t like what\'s happening either. Also her stomach has started to make that sloshing sound like when she jumps from 3 feet up. Is this \'nasty crotch\' condition normal for your rabbits if not what do I do, also what do I do about this sloshing-stomach because I read that it is a disease. Please help! *Sinks into pool of green Jello*
I would go to a vet they are the best people to see. I hope your rabbit is ok.

I don\'t know what you are feeding your rabbits but I would stop everything and feed only a good quality grass hay until the droppings return to normal. Some old fashioned oatmeal would be good too but stop with any fresh vegetables or fruits or grass. A pellet that is too high in protein is also not a good thing. Most rabbits do not need anymore than a 15 or 16% protein pellet - alot of the pet store pellets are as high as 18% or 20%. Add 1TBS of apple cidar vinegar to 1 gal of drinking water to help return the gut to the normal PH. It sounds like a diet that is too high on the unnecessary ingredients and not high enough with the good things. Once a rabbits gets that sloshy sound in their guts, they are very hard to turn around. You should go to the store and buy some simethicone drops that are made for babies with gas. Give the rabbit a full dose every couple of hours. When they get a sloshy gut, they also get a gas build up that gets very uncomfortroble for the rabbit. A rabbit that has a tummy ache will not eat - a rabbit that will not eat will not be able to pass the harmful buildup of stuff through their digestive tract. This can cause death very quickly. I would also get the rabbit to a vet and have it checked for coccidiosis and worms to make sure there isn\'t an internal parasite at work.
My rabbits eat Kaytee Forti-diet pellets it says it is 17% of protein. I make sure they have pellets in their cage all the time except for night-time. I feed them fresh-vegetables and fruits like ever 2 days. I put hay after I clean their cage that\'s like every 3 days. *Shakes Torge around a little* No she isn\'t sloshing right now. Could the previous sloshing be from like if you drink water and move your stomach around it sloshes, do rabbits do that? Nonetheless I might add the vinegar to her water like you said Austin is that okay? Thx Austin and Bouncer.
