Is he indoors like in a barn or garage or indoors like in the house? If you do not have air conditioning available for him, keep him in the coolest part of his environment with a fan if possible. Just keeping fresh air moving around him will make all the differance to him. Freezing 1 and 2 liter pop bottles filled with water will give him something cool to snuggle against when it gets really hot. Misting his ears with a spray bottle occassionally also helps.

Try to keep the temperature in your house below 80 degrees F. If it gets too hot in your house, freeze some bottles of water and put them in your rabbit\'s cage for him to lay next to. Just make sure your rabbit doesn\'t get wet. Good luck.

make sure bunny has a lot of water, cool carrots, cool apples, cool lettuce for a snack helps and cool water...refrigerated water ...that is all you need to do...
if you go out if you have ac leave it on low...if you dont..place a afew fans up on tables around your house of if your rabbit is in a cage when you are not home one suggestion is to place a very small fan on one small section of cage..this way bunny can lay in cool area as much as she wants and move to warmer area of cage if she gets to cool...
but if you give cool treats and cool water she should be fine...cage wires also hav ea cool feeling as they are metal even on hot day as long as you dont have them in sun...
and my vet suggested it is ok to get a FINE MIST bottle and LIGHTLY spray bunny if she is panting hard and listless and just seems way too hot...but just LIGHTLY ....and not her face or ears...
