Hi everyone,
I have a male and female Netherland Dwarf and a female mini-Lop that are all bonded and live in a hand-built 5ftx5ftx3ft cage when I am not at home. I got the Dwarfs first and when I had the male neutered, I got the female a friend to help her get through the separation period. Well the female Dwarf (Chloe) is the dominant of the three and she constantly grooms and mounts the Lop (Valentine). She has licked Valentine\'s ears raw and pulled almost all of the fur from Valentine\'s back during the mounting process. Valentine is very passive and lets Chloe do whatever she wants to her. They are very closely bonded and when I tried to separate them they both got depressed (as did the male Tucker). I read on a different site that mounting is a sign of dominance and should stop after a couple of weeks but I\'ve had these rabbits for 3 months and it has not stopped. Aside from spaying (it will be another 6 weeks before I can get them spayed), do you guys have any suggestions that will help me keep my rabbit from losing any more fur or getting ear infections?

Thanks a lot!
Tiffany
