My two mini lops, Holly and Georgey, were really good friends. (they still are) recently they started to mount eachother, and after that, Hollly started acting unusual and nesting alot, so i brang her into the vets and they told me she was pregnant. I never had a bunny litter. Can you help me out?
There is not a lot you need to do. She should do most of it on her own. They deliver anywhere from 28 to 32 after conception so you will need to put in a nest box on the 27th day. I line my nest boxes with straw and grass hay. After they are born you shoud distract the doe with a treat so you can pull the nest box to make sure there are no dead ones. If there are remove them then give her back the nest.
Good luck!
