I have a doe who likes to lay against her nipple of my automatic watering system. She has been doing this since it has been hot and has now gotten what seems like an infection. The fur is constantly wet, a greenish color with a slight odor. I need to know if it is an antifungal or antibiotic that I need to give her and what others have given in the past.

Two of my rabbit got a wet dewlap with a skin infection, and it only responded to Baytril. Their infection however did not look greenish yellow and was brought on by heat stress. I have seen a picture of the problem I think your doe has at:
