I have a female rabbit aged 2 1/2 and recently I have noticed that she occassionally has swollen genitals and vaginal discharge in the mornings.

I have had 4 rabbits before but all have been male so I don't know if this is a problem or just a female thing.

otherwise she seems completely happy and healthy.

should I be worried?

It doesn't sound normal to me. I would contact your vet.

No that's not normal. I would take her to the Vet.

A doe's vulva (genitial area) will often have a light purplish color to it when she is ready to be bred but there should't be any discharge associated with it.
