has anyone had a doe that did not pass a kit she a week over due she pulled some fur you can feel what feels like one or two kits if these are not kits what else could it be

It sounds like the doe has retained fetuses. Sometimes a doe with a small litter of 1 or 2 will carry the kits to day 35, but if it has been a week past the due date (day 38), those kits will most likely not be alive.
Some does are able to ultimately expell the kits, but often times not. There is extreme risk to the doe of infection. In any case, if the kits remain, they can become mummified and even if the doe acclimates to their presence, she will be rendered sterile.
I suggest you get the doe to a vet.
