I was doing my homework when I found my rabbit Lucy chewed a hole in my bed spread!!!! This is not that suprising to me though. Lucy has demolished dozens of my shirts before and Im tierd of it. Does any one have any training suggestions. I know rabbits are smart but My bed spread?!?!

New Rabbit owner,
You should try giving her some toys. If she likes to chew an old phone book or yellow pages might keep her distracted (be careful she\'s not eating it though!). My rabbits enjoy a cardbox box filled with shredded paper or hay to dig in, and they like chewing and throwing cardboard tubes (like toilet roll tubes). Hopefully the more fun things she has to play with the less time she\'ll have for ruining your bed spread!
Toys are good to offer when she is misbehaving, but to tell you the truth, NOTHING has stopped our Petey from destroying about anything he sets his sights on. He is a little munching monster, and my daughter knows that everything is \"fair game\" in her room if she doesn\'t put it out of his reach. We\'ve found nibbles on her bed spread, bed skirt, clothes, books, etc. Rabbits just love to chew. We\'ve even tried the bitter apple spray stuff and it didn\'t deter him one bit. GOod luck!
It is a good idea to offer your rabbit a wide variety of toys. Also, my rabbit also loves to chew anything cloth. When she gets on my bed I make sure to take off all of the blankets!
