On Sunday my broken red mini rex had 10 kits! 1 of the kits died, but all the rest of them are very healthy. She has 10 again because the other rabbit that had babies wasn\'t taking feeding it. I am so happy! It looks like I might have some opals and some castors. The brokens in the litter look like they have to much color.
wow im reall happy for you and hope the all do well for i have a litter in sept and there were 3 and they all died and it was depresing and im thinking she is preganant again for her stomach is getting hard like it did the last time, i just hope she is able to take of them properl, she is black and white and the father is a red color. congrantulations again
Thank you! I checked on them again and they are all still alive. I think that some of the smaller ones are not getting fed so we have to get the mother out and make her feed them. There are only opals and castors. They are all really cute.

I had got an broken opal when I had bred a broken fawn to a solid castor. Now that I know what opal looks like I love that color, too. 7 of the brokens have to much color, but the broken with lesser color was the fostered rabbit. We might end up keeping the 2 solids depending on the sex. I am so happy for my mommy bunny!

Updated pictures of mini rex\'s. They\'ve just started opening their eyes. Their are 3 castor/broken castor and 6 opal/broken opal. One of our little broken castors died.
