I have a neutered holland lop and recently have been trying to introduce him to a spayed lop.(the\'re the same age, less than 1lb diffrence) I\'ve divided my living room in half, with an x pen. ella, the new female licks my resident male and then puts her head down to be groomed(through the fence) problem is, oscar bites rather than groom, he hasn\'t been arround another rabbit since he was 8weeks, has he forgotten how to groom or does he just not want her in his house?

i\'d also appreciate any other advice you may have for introducing them.

i was babysitting a buck for 3 weeks and put him with my doe. after a few days, i noticed that she was going bald on the top of her head. i was told that he pulls her hair out during mating, but i caught him doing it during grooming. don\'t know if its the same problem as you have as she did go a bit red on her head. maybe he is just really friendly!
