I found a young breeder that has Holland Lop Show Bunnies and so I called her Today. She has a 3 month old Opal colored Doe that has already won three legs and has a 6 generation pedigree. Her Dame is also a 4 time Grand Champion! :0

Sure they\'d make a great match! Lucky Mongo! Are you buying her? I would! She\'s beautiful. *nudge*

But I suggest if you are going to breed her wait until she is 6 months old -at least. I like to wait alittle longer but thats me. Think Lacy was 9 months. Its anyone\'s guess what they are capable of having. Especially with lops becasue there are so many colors in their linage. Both being solid good chance you have some solid -guess you\'d just have to buy her breed her and find out! *wink*
My Lacy (who is obviously very white) accidently bred to my Toby (who was solid gray) I got 6 kits -none were white - 4 were solid gray and 2 were solid brown like wild rabbits look. All had dark eyes. Absolutely adorable.
I am breeding my solid brown lop and crackerjack next year -can\'t wait to see those cuties!
I\'m sure Charclie would know more of the technical aspects of the breeding.

I showed them pics and we\'re going to get her tomorrow Morning. I\'ve already got the girls building \"Daisy\'s Dreamhouse\"

Her Dominant gene is Opal and the second or (ressive gene is) Blue,
did i sat that right? Her Lineage to the Dame is Agouti to Opal and the
Sire is Black to Blue -and then back to Black and Agouti. Hope I got all that Right.

It would be a real shame to not breed this lovily pair!

Hello! Lorelei

Our Baby Girl is home,My girls and I went and picked up Daisy this morning and just got back a little while ago. She is the most Beautiful little girl Bunny I think I\'ve ever seen and is only 7/8 of a pound and maybe 5-6 inches tall.

I figured Daisy is too special to share a thread with her new Brother,especially since they haven\'t even meet.

I thought i\'d give her time to get use to her new surroundings and comfortable in her new house. In a week or so when they\'ve both gotten use to seeing each other (from Afar) and their smells then I\'ll take them in another room and then we\'ll see how it go\'s in Baby steps!

She ate a tiny bit of \"Care Fresh\" This won\'t hurt her will it!

I\'m sure she\'ll be fine, she\'s starting to eat her hay and pellets and playing with her toys.

She\'s So Beautiful, her coat is Opal-Blueish Gray with white on her Tummy,front or the feet and around her neck.



I know Ya\'ll are tired of me talking so here\'s here Pics.

She sat like this for about 20 minutes!

Oh my gosh...she\'s adorable!
She probably ate the care fresh because she just may have been nervous or scared. I never used anything like that for mine -so I really don\'t know if its harmful.
But now that she found her food she should be fine!
I wouldn\'t put them too close together -she is able to get pregnant. She is too young.
You can keep there cages side by side so they get used to each others smell. But you\'d have to watch them very very carefully if they are together.
Wish you luck with her! She\'s a cutie pie.

Right now their cages are on two different side of the room but still only about 8 ft. apart. I just don\'t have too much room for 2- 5 ft. x 2-1/2ft Mansions. hahaha! LOL

He\'s Smellin Daisy\'s Allright!

Mongo got a chance to meet Daisy tonight and it was Love at first site.
It was his turn to run around the livingroom,Well I\'m sure you know \"men\" I took him a whole 30 minutes to even notice Her Then it was All Over With.
He started running around in circles,doing Binkies and acting goofy. I think he was just trying to show off. he fell head over heals \"Really\" at one point he lost his grip on the linoleum and slid into her House. ROTF I couldn\'t stop laughing.

After running around for what seem like 10 minutes he laid down right beside her Dreamhouse and they \"Nose Kissed and sniffed all over each other,and over and over. He wouldn\'t even come to me for his favorite treat \"Banana\'s\" . hahaha! :0

Well I thought I\'d just pick him up and put him back in his cage \"Wrong\" the little Bugger Sprayed Me when I got to close.
I had to liturally shoo him back to his own house with a towel. Affraid I\'d get it again!
Daisy had it just as Bad, before seeing him she would hide behind her bed and afterwards she was trying to climb out, she even keep trying to open the door latch. And I thought she was shy! hahaha!
