I have a 6 year old rabbit that is plagued with misaligned front and back teeth for the past 6 months. For the past 6 months, she received regular treatment at the vet to trim her teeth. To trim the back teeth, she needs to be put on general anesthesia, which is very bad for her general health. The problem is chronic and her teeth needs trimming every 6 weeks!
Does any of you have the same experience with your rabbits? Any way to slow down the growth of the teeth once they become misaligned?
