Wanted to come here and share my news!
4 new Mini Rex kits joined us today. Looks like (but don\'t hold me to it) there is 1 solid Chocolate, 3 Broken Chocolate. They are all the same size and appear healthy and had little round bellys when I checked them.

Congratulations! Hope they all do well...
Wow -Congratulations! Pictures, please!
I never tire of looking at bunnies.

Here is a picture I took today.

I\'ll take some more as they grow and share them.
Thanks for sharing your picture. They\'re cute even so young. My son wants to know how you ended up with no peanuts because we always end up with several with our Mini Rex. In fact, this last time his doe had 3 out of 4 kits were peanuts. And as a side note, in a different post I had said that we thought the color of our lone kit was going to be a broken castor, but now at 13 days old it looks more like a broken opal. Very nice markings, just not the color we wanted.
Those brokens are nice. The pattern is perfect, just what you want in your brokens. Congrats on them. Mom and Dad produced some nice offspring. They do look like a nice chocolate color also. Have fun.

This isn\'t the best picture of the parents but you get an idea of what they look like. They both are a deep dark chocolate.
Thanks for the nice comments. I\'m pretty proud of this litter.
As far as not getting any peanuts, I don\'t know. Guess I got lucky.
All the bunnies are doing well. They are 16 days old and just today two of them hopped out of the nest box, explored the cage and then hopped back into it.
I\'ll try to post some new pictures of them later today. They are so cute at this stage.
Can\'t wait to see the pictures!
